They are always friendly and efficient. The only mistake they made was over-estimating the cost so I paid LESS than anticipated :)

Since August 3, 2017 I have need to use the body shop twice and have been extremely disappointed in the service response. I was rear-ended on Aug 3 with damage to only my bumper. Everything was set up and handled by my insurance company using Rentschler's body shop as a covered service provider. I immediately took my veh for an estimate for the repairs and was told by Bob that my veh would be in to be repaired by the end of the month. Repairs were not scheduled until I called in to find out what was going on and my veh was not taken in to be fixed until September 18th. Then on October 9th a utility pole fell on my veh. Again, I immediately took my veh for an estimate. I did not get an estimate from them for two weeks. On October 23rd I was told that the parts to repair my veh were being ordered and I would be called back to schedule the repairs. Today is October 31st, I still have not heard back and while other vehicles involved in this incident have been repaired. I live in Walnutport so Rentschler is less than 1 mile from my home but apparently I have chosen the wrong dealership to work with if this is the type of service that I'm going to be receiving.
I would definitely recommend this dealership to friend and family!
